Poker Chicks 101 specializes in teaching women of all ages the great game of Texas Hold’em, in a fun, pressure-free environment. Our Poker Chicks team brings the game to our clients, providing the poker table, chips, cards and chairs – everything that is needed to have a memorable Poker Chicks party. All the hostess and her girlfriends have to do is relax and have a great time, and what follows is an evening of laughter and learning - a fabulous time that our participants don’t soon forget.

What makes a Poker Chicks Party an ideal choice for your next fundraiser or silent/live auction?

The fact that it is unique and draws interest from people of all ages. Though our parties are for women only, our “Party for 10” package appeals to men and women of all ages because it is the perfect gift item for a mother, wife, friend or bride-to-be, or simply a wonderful girls’ night out – or in! - for any woman and her girlfriends.

Poker Chicks parties have been featured at many local charity auctions and fundraisers, and have been a hit at each event. At a cost of only $400 to the charity, a 2 hour party for 10 women has sold several times for $1200, and at one event received a winning bid of $6100! Please note that awarded parties must be held within the Edmonton city limits and limited surrounding areas.

The Kids in the Hall Gala hosted at Edmonton City Hall
Two Poker Chicks Parties were auctioned off in October 2009 for a total of $9500! These two parties will be held for the winners at the Kids in the Hall Bistro, later this year.

The Spruce Grove Rotary Lobster Fest
In 2009, the winning bid for a Poker Chicks party was $6100. A great follow-up to the 2008 event, when it went for $6200!

The Silks Diva Gala
Poker Chicks donated two parties to this event, and were happy to hear that both were auctioned off for $800!

The Women of Distinction Awards
Our donation of one Poker Chicks Party was awarded to the happy winner who bid $500!
